New Site Features

I've added a few new nifty features to WS.

I've added support for footnoteLinks which will create a list of links when the page is printed. Try a print preview to see them.
Also, I've added makeGlossary to create a definition list of any abbreviations, acronyms or definitions used on the page.
And finally, I added the new standardized RSS icon being used by Firefox and Internet Explorer 7.
